Sourdough for beginners

About this experience

Join us for a beginning class on Sourdough. You will learn how to mix, stretch and fold and shape your dough. You will leave with a loaf ready to put in the oven and some starter to make your own! We will have some light apps to munch on while we patiently wait between stretching the dough.  Please bring a 3qt bowl to mix in and will take your bread home in it.
